My research for a hip replacement specialist lead me to Dr. Klement. He calmed my nerves and answered all my questions. The pre surgery informational meeting was very helpful. The day of surgery my caregiver was made welcome and kept informed of every step. Dr. Klement and his team treated my boyfriend and I professionally and with great care. I Loved the texting app that sent timely information and encouragement to me. It was interactive to respond to some of my questions. My surgery and recovery have been great. I felt supported through out the whole process. Thank you!

From my first contact with Dr Klement and his Team , it was amazing how they took care of me.
The Follow Up TEXTS were amazing and helpful. I had a Revision on my Right hip I had done 5 years ago , and Dr Klement was highly recommended to do the surgery. I like the follow up seeing patients 6 months out a year out and further out . They didn’t do that after my 2 hip surgeries 5 years ago. It is a great way to make sure everything is fine, and is a great idea.

I came to OAW with knee pain that I was tolerating for quite some time. After researching several knee specialists, I decided to make an appointment with Dr. Klement based on his education, training and experience. Dr. Klement is a true professional and knowledgeable surgeon. He was easy to talk to and answered all my questions about treatments for my knee arthritis. I decided that my last option was total knee replacement. Before I scheduled the surgery, Dr. Klement was very honest about the recovery process. He said it would take some time and effort with physical therapy to have a successful outcome. He was right and I am well on my way to getting back to 100%. During my recovery, just about every day, Dr. Klement sends text messages to his patients. These text messages include words of encouragement, different exercises to do to help with recovery, suggestions regarding medication, expectations of range of motion and strength from week to week. These text messages absolutely helped me with my recovery. I also need to compliment my physical therapists at OAW that put me on the road to recovery. They pushed me and challenged me and at times it was painful, but I felt improvement after each session.
I would recommend Dr.Klement and the entire OAW staff to anyone needing treatment for knee pain or total knee replacement.

I was so afraid to have my knee replaced because of all the horror stories I heard prior to surgery. Dr. Klement and the whole staff at OAW are fantastic. Dr. Klement put me at ease and my surgery went exceptionally well. I have no more pain in my knee and am getting around extremely well. I would definitely recommend Dr. Klement!

Dr. Klement and staff provided outstanding service to my posterior full hip replacement. The service that I got from start to finish was great, even the text messages that I received for the next six weeks were always informative and helpful and moving. I came to Dr. Klement as a good friend referred me to him after I had seen another surgeon who was recommending a posterior approach to full hip replacement. I found the entire process highly organized and the care team to be extremely thoughtful and attentive. In addition to a successful outcome, I found the texting service he offers to be very helpful and a great support tool, from pre-op support to post-op advice. I would highly recommend Dr. Klement and his team.

I have had both a knee and hip replacement by Dr. Klement in the past 10 months. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Klement and his staff. My care was exceptional! My questions were always addressed and Dr. Klement made me feel like I was in good hands. I would give him 10 stars if it was possible! I HIGHLY recommend him!

Dr. Klement was fantastic. it has been 8 weeks since my knee replacement surgery. he and his staff, the Oconomowoc nurses, and the physical therapists were all so nice and caring. the Stepping Forward booklet included so much helpful information, and the class at Oconomowoc. Hospital gave me a chance to have any questions answered. I especially enjoyed Dr. klement,s text messages. what a great idea.It was like he was there with me offering timely tips and pep talks. only complaint ... He should include more jokes... Only one, but it was pretty funny.

I had some fears going in because of afib & blood thinners I am on, I was pleasantly surprised at how well taken care of I was from the beginning the nurses and everyone involved were kind, helpful knowledgeable, and made me very comfortable. Everything was explained to me, going in for the replacement, I felt more confident, knowing Dr Klement expertise in this procedure, I was given information on the anesthetics used, and any questions I had answered. After the procedure, he came in and talked to me, explained all things, and it all went well in the recovery room and I was given enough time to learn about what was my job and they also helped me through that initial time I needed before I was released that day, I signed up for the text which were very helpful each day at home, I would receive information and my recovery is now seven weeks and I am doing what I think is very well, I have had home care with physical therapy and occupational therapist given to me, which was so helpful also showing me different exercises which I followed and I needed to do, Plus, a lot of walking ,, my Family doctor recommended him so I went with that and I am so glad knowing nothing about any of this that I did, Dr Klement made me feel confident because he was confident in what he was doing and so I would definitely recommend The anterior hip replacement, which is what he specializes in, I was delighted to know there was less restrictions. I was able to sleep comfortably and not be so concerned of what degrees I bent at, which is because it’s done from the front and that made my home recovery, much more comfortable and less stressful, so yes, I would recommend Dr Klement, it all turned out much better than I had imagined in my mind!!

My overall experience with Dr. Klement, his staff & all other hospital professionals as well as follow up therapy provided excellent results. Dr.Klement is an excellent, well-organized, kind and friendly gentleman. He consistently sends helpful & encouraging text messages throughout the process. I would recommend him to anyone. Other than a couple communication problems, the entire experience was above expectations.

I would recommend Dr.Klement to anyone seeking orthopedic care. The entire process from start to finish was thorough and informative, as well as consistent. Although it was a bit difficult to understand how to maneuver regarding questions I had, things worked out very well in the long run and I am extremely satisfied with Orthopedic Associates of Wisconsin.

Dr. Klement is the best. I was impressed with the whole process including his ability to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable through the process. Golf is my passion, was back hitting balls in 5 weeks, playing at 6 weeks.
